Radiation is no joke when it comes to staying healthy. Here are some tips to help minimize the amount absorbed by your body:

~ Never answer your cell phone while it’s charging. There have been deaths in other countries from a vibration in the heart and then the hand burned. When the battery of the phone is at the last bar to not make a call or answer an incoming call because the radiation is 1000 times stronger.

~ Never sleep with a cell phone switched on at night beside your bed. These exposures can impede the function of the immune system and reduce the production of melatonin and other hormones at night.

~ When dialing out don’t put your cell phone next to your ear until your correspondent has picked up the communication. Your cell phone communicates at full power when it’s connecting to a number. When receiving an incoming call give yourself a second or two before putting the phone next to your head once you’ve accepted the call.

~ Avoid carrying your cell phone directly on your body. Many cell phones now have GPS incorporated which periodically transmit to update their position, even when switched off.

~ Don’t use your telephone when in a moving vehicle, the cell phone antenna is constantly scanning for contact and therefore using the maximum signal strength.

~ Don’t use your cell phone in a parked car. It’s similar to a microwave effect with all the metal surrounding you.
