the 15-day working period covered by Article 4, paragraph 5 of Regulation (EC) 139/2004 has expired without one of the Member States responsible for reviewing the concentration in accordance with their national competition law having expressed its rejection of the request for reference to the European Commission; or this paragraph applies, except pending the entry into force or application of an agreement within the meaning of Article 184 that replaces this paragraph. The withdrawal agreement between the European Union and the United Kingdom sets out the conditions for the UK`s orderly exit from the EU, in accordance with Article 50 of the Treaty on european Union. 2. Following the notification by the United Kingdom and the Union of the effective date of the agreements covered in paragraph 1, the joint committee established by Article 164 (“joint committee”) sets the date from which the provisions of this title apply to nationals of Iceland, the Principality of Liechtenstein, the Kingdom of Norway and the Swiss Confederation. 2. In the event of disagreement between the EU and the United Kingdom over the reasonable period of time to comply with the arbitration panel`s decision, the complainant asks in writing to the arbitration panel to stop the reasonable period of time within forty days of the respondent`s notification. This request is notified to the respondent at the same time. The arbitration panel notifies the EU and the United Kingdom of its decision on the deadline for compliance within 40 days of filing the application. 1. The Member States` market supervisory authorities and the UK market supervisors are immediately exchanging all relevant information collected in connection with their market monitoring activities relating to Article 41, paragraph 1 products. In particular, they share with the European Commission all information about these products at serious risk, as well as any action taken regarding non-compliant products, including relevant information from networks, information systems and databases established under EU or UK law relating to these products.
